hotel’s wellness centre. Sauna, Turkish bath, emotional shower, cool mist, relaxation room with a wide selection of tisanes and fitness area are at your disposal every day from 3.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. You can also use our comfortable Jacuzzi for two people on payment.
What Can You Find in Our Garnì’s Wellness Centre?
- Finnish sauna (dry sauna): transpiration is promoted by the high temperatures (80-100° C) reached in a cabin of pinewood. Humidity is not higher than 20% and rises only when water is poured on white-hot stones.

Cold Fog: after a sauna, it is advisable to freshen up with an atomized jet of ice water. Blue lights strengthen the feeling of being in an ice environment.
- Ice Fountain: he ice flakes applied on the body generate an immediate sensation of vitality and physical and mental freshness

Turkish bath (wet sauna): the cabin air is saturated in flavoured steam (humidity: 100%). Thus a mist develops with different temperatures (foot height: 20-25° C, head height: 40-50° C), touches gently the skin and promotes transpiration. The heated mosaic bench and the chromotherapy device on the ceiling support complete relaxation.

Tropical shower: thanks to chromotherapy and the aroma of a tropical fruit, you feel being in a tropical forest.
- Kneipp: jets of hot and cold water on a comfortable spruce seat stimulate blood circulation favoring the regeneration of the organism
- Salt Room: the air in this environment saturated with salt from the Alps favors the respiratory system
