We have chosen to respect nature environment in our cuisine, too: we serve products from the surroundings. Our bread, cakes and biscuits are home-baked. Our jams are homemade. Moreover, we have decided not to make use of single-dose products, so that we could reduce our package volume. We consider these steps to be a small but significant contribution to environmental protection according to the standards of the association “
Qualità Parco”.
